REFUNDS

At Kubet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition. Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, are not eligible for return or exchange.

EXCHANGES

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
